Cranberry Rosemary Spritz (Elegant + Seasonal)

This festive, refreshing mocktail brings the tartness of cranberries, sweetness of orange juice and the fresh aroma of rosemary for a delightful addition to any of your Dry January events.

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz 100% cranberry juice (not cocktail)
  • 2 oz sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • Rosemary sprig
  • Fresh cranberries (garnish)
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add cranberry juice and orange juice.
  3. Top with sparkling water.
  4. Gently stir.
  5. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and cranberries.

Ingredients:

  • 3oz (90 ml) beet juice
  • 1oz (30 ml) lemon juice

  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soda water


Directions:

Add beetroot juice, lemon juice, basil leaves, maple syrup and olive oil to a shaker with some ice. Shake to combine, then strain over ice into a wine glass. Top with soda, stir gently and garnish if you wish.
