When many people think of "financial services," they imagine a financial advisor or someone helping them manage stock portfolios. That's not what we do.

Instead, we help people served by WellPower who may have difficulty managing their money, especially when it comes to paying rent, paying bills or keeping their documents in order to receive appropriate benefits.

Our Personal Financial Services (PFS) program operates as a representative payee, meaning we work with the Social Security Administration guidelines to make sure that people who use our program have enough of their monthly income set aside to meet their basic needs for food, shelter, etc.

We work with people served to support them being involved in their finances, advocate for their needs and learn financial independence. We also support the people we serve by collaborating closely with their care teams and case managers to make sure we have the right paperwork at the right time.
