Financial Assistance

Recent changes to how WellPower receives funding for the work we do mean we need to start billing for services in some cases. We are committed to serving people regardless of ability to pay, and do not want cost to be a barrier to receiving care. We have several options for financial assistance to fit your needs.

Here are a few ways to get financial assistance for service costs.

No insurance – If you:

  • Are not eligible for Medicaid coverage,
  • Lost Medicaid coverage recently or
  • Do not have any insurance

You can apply for assistance through the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) www.colorado.gov/PEAK. Please let your care team know if you need help.

  • Are waiting for your coverage to begin

Questions about your bill

If you have any questions regarding your statement, payments or need to make payment arrangements, please call the Billing department at (303) 504-6580.

WellPower is committed to serving people regardless of ability to pay. If you are uninsured or need help to pay for coverage and care, you may qualify for a public program like Medicaid, or WellPower’s financial assistance program.

Medicaid

WellPower accepts Medicaid as a health insurance option. Medicaid covers all costs associated with behavioral health services, including outpatient therapy, psychiatry and medication-assisted treatment for alcohol and other substances. If you don’t have Medicaid but would like to see if you could qualify, our community outreach specialists can help.
