On May 24, 2022, Dr. Carl Clark, president & CEO of WellPower, shared the news with staff that the organization won a Top Workplace Award for the tenth consecutive year. Top Workplace Award winners are determined using feedback from the people who know these organizations best: the employees. The program utilizes a survey that measures 15 cultural drivers of a healthy organization, and then analyzes responses to statements related to the basics of how an organization operates, the leadership of the workplace, and employee engagement. Below, we’d like to share an excerpt from Dr. Clark’s internal announcement:

I wanted to take a moment to share with you the exciting news that WellPower has received a Top Workplace Award from the Denver Post and Energage. This will make our organization a top workplace winner for the tenth year running, all possible because of your hard work and dedication to the people we serve. Thank you.

While there are many things we continue to aspire to as an organization, we know that there is a lot that is right about our mission, our culture, and the strength and wellness-based approach we take to everything we do at WellPower.
