Administrators from the Mental Health Center of Eindhoven, Netherlands recently visited the WellPower for 4 days. They came to learn about WellPower employee culture and approach to services.
Last year, Klaas Schilder, from Eindhoven, received an offer to visit the U.S.’s top 4 mental health centers. He chose WellPower, and was struck by how well employees communicated with one another and the high level of engagement with everyone he met. He discussed his visit with other administrators, who then decided to send a larger team to meet with us. Meeting with managers and clinicians throughout the organization, they experienced our Wellness Culture, gaining ideas and tools to take back to Eindhoven.
“We already know how to take care of our clients,” Schilder explained. With what we have learned here, we now have committed to taking care of one another.”
The 4-day visit focused on our workplace culture including such items as maximizing employee strengths, effective communication, collaboration, coaching based on each employee’s goals, recognition, and gathering ideas from everyone in the organization.
