About El Centro
El Centro is a multicultural group of providers and supportive staff who offer Spanish/English bilingual integrated outpatient services across the lifespan, ages 5 years and up.
Our Approach
We bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based, relational and culturally responsive lens to our work with families from Latino/a/x, Hispanic and Chicano/a/x communities.
Common themes we explore are migration and immigration, acculturation, grief and loss, intergenerational trauma, interpersonal violence, navigating systemic and structural barriers and experiences of environmental stressors.
Our Services
Our multidisciplinary team provides a wide range of bilingual (Spanish and English) services, including:
- Initial assessment
- Individual psychotherapy
- Group and family therapy
- Case management
- Psychiatry, medication evaluation and management
